Who created REBEL?
REBEL was created by a semi-anonymous group of developers. The dev team is located across the world in many different countries.
Why is team anonymous?
At the moment, the team does not see the need or use in de-anonymizing. The products built by this group of developers have proven themselves in the past, and the team has shown itself to be transparent, honest, and respectful of all community members. We consider ourselves to be Semi-Anonymous. We say 'Semi-Anonymous' because our team has been known in the DeFi space ever since we created TEAM.Finance, a DeFi token locking service that has locked $100,000,000+ worth of crypto assets since its creation.
Will the team be providing continual support and development for the platform?
The team will be supporting the growth of the REBEL platform well into the future. The REBEL smart contracts are completely decentralized, so once they are launched, they cannot be improved or updated. The REBEL team will continue to be involved in updating the front-end website to fix any potential bugs that come from the public website. However, the REBEL platform was built to be decentralized and does not rely on any single party to continually support the platform. In other words, if the entire REBEL development team disappeared, the REBEL platform would still be able to function and continue as normal.
Is there any risk of the team performing an exit-scam or rug pull?
The initial liquidity will be locked forever, eliminating the risk of a 'rug pull' by the team. As far as 'token minting' scams go, the contracts have been audited, and have no maliciously intended functions that can print out tokens for the benefit of the core team. The core team will be receiving 1,375,000 REBEL, and this is the extent of the benefit that the core team will get from REBEL. We have an excellent reputation, and we plan on keeping it that way!
